FIDM Distance Learning - Student Complaint Process

FIDM desires to resolve student grievances, complaints and concerns in an expeditious, fair and amicable manner. Students residing outside of the State of California while attending FIDM through distance learning may resolve a grievance by first contacting the FIDM Vice President Education at 919 South Grand Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90015.  If an issue cannot be resolved internally, you may file a complaint with your State.  FIDM is accredited by the Senior College and University Commission (SCUC) of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC), an institutional accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
